Care Coaching is a service provided by Aging at Home in a one-on-one basis in the home class. We will provide you with teachings, coaching, and in-home caregiver skills training which are customized to a client’s specific needs. Our instructors will provide teachings and demonstrations of caregiver skills for assisting elders and their families with: bathing, elimination, bed care, dressing/undressing, skin care, mobility, transfers and lifting, meal planning, and behavioral techniques.
