Disciples of Jesus Covenant Community Blue Mountains Branch Website. The Disciples of Jesus Covenant Community (DOJCC) started in Sydney in 1979 and in 1994 amalgamated with similar community called Hephzibah and kept the name DOJCC. The DOJCC is now in every Australian state and territory as well as Indonesia, PNG and the Philippines. We are made up of families, single people, and priests and religious.
