The British Association for Psychological Type (BAPT) supports your personal development and learning through the understanding of Personality Type. We use, explore and discuss MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and related theories based on the work of Carl Jung including Type Dynamics Indicator, Temperament, Interaction Styles, Archetypes, the eight Function-Attitudes (Jungian functions). Type is applied to understanding stress, relationships, coaching, career choice, management skills etc.
