Truck Raffle to Raise Money for Down Payment on A Farm in Bellingham, Washington on which to site a Sanctuary known as a Recovery House. In the past 3 years, two of our friends have committed suicide while struggling in Recovery. 7 years ago Whatcom County had de-funded the Recovery House that used to be on Girard.
