Cities from Ruins (CFR) is a group collaboration of friends from the Tampa area with a passion for relevant 21st century vertical worship. A few years ago they started meeting in the old Telstar recording studio in Sarasota, FL where the Allman Brothers used to record. Each session together became therapeutic as the brokenness they brought into the room seemed to represent the need for the worship they were aspiring to make.
