Former Hidalgo County Judge Eloy Pulido seeks election as the new county judge in 2018. Years of experience and a previous successful term as Judge give Pulido the qualifications to lead Hidalgo County into the future. An out of control County Budget has led to continuous tax increases and Pulido is determined bring fiscal responsibility and lower taxes.
