We are a newly affiliated CrossFit facility located in Grove City, PA. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is broad, general, and inclusive. We mix in elements of track and field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. Bodies were created to move and we get your body moving through functional movements that you find in real life. (i.e. pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, etc.
