B.A.M. Niagara is the heart & soul of local athlete James Phelps. James is a former college football champion, basketball star, and an accomplished boxer and personal trainer. Phelps has a passion for motivating people, and founded B.A.M. with the intention of paying forward the athlete’s state of mind to men, women, and youth in the Niagara region. He is a champ, a coach, sports author, and an inspiration.
