Ashtanga Sankalpa
I owe most of what I know of yoga to my steadfast and true teacher, Gillian St. Clair, who blew my mind at the young age of 23, and unwavering, continues to inspire and astound. Traveling has allowed me to experience many styles of yoga, Kundalini, Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Vinyasa as well as to learn from many enlightening teachers from Europe and India: Guaruanga Das (Hungary), Lino Miele (Italy), Yogi Kamal Singh (india), Sunil Sharma (India) and David Garrigues.
