Financial Mediation Bureau
The Financial Mediation Bureau (FMB) was incorporated on 30th August 2004 and officially commenced its operations on 20th January 2005. FMB is a non-profit organisation set up under the initiative by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) as an alternative dispute resolution channel to resolve complaints between the Financial Service Providers (FSPs) and their customers.
