Mansfield Association of Licen
MALV (Mansfield Association of Late Night Venues), was formed in 2001 after a group of Operators, Managers of late night venues and the Police Licensing Officer felt a forum should be put together. This non-profit making forum meet on a once a month to deal with issues that occur within the ‘late’ late night economy.
